Ah good 'ol Emilio. See, that guy was a staple of Hullabaloo for such a long time. You just couldn't think of a hulla in 1999 without Emilio and his crazy dancing. Then he just stopped coming.
I thought I saw him in the Hulla tent at WEMF but upon closer inspection it wasn't him.
