for the last 3-4 parties, or, at least for the last 2 forsure, the balcony is closed once the bar closes. it does not re-open after that

it's far better to do the net meets earlier in the night from my experiences..
most people forget by the time midnight, and 1am roll around.

do it at midnight at the bar, or if you want it to be an all ages thing, say midnight at the side of the hullastore, or at the back bar where they sell the water near the entrance (yet do it off to the side).

that's my best advice
