I'M SO FREAKING PISSED OFF!!!

I just bought those tickets for Lost in Space, paid for both my boyfriend and myself. I figured, hey, since I want to go, it's only fair if I pay for him. His car is kind of shitty, and I suggested, hey, why don't you get it fixed with the money your dad gave you from Christmas that you were too lazy to actually use. I said, hey, why don't you actually save up money and not screw me over and make me pay for everything. He calls me up and goes, find another way to Toronto, my car isn't going to make it, we'll find another way. Another way!? I have one friend that has a car, but she her car is shittier than his. No one else we know owns a car. I said, well get it fixed, he goes, I don't have any money. He spent it. He spent all the money he supposedly saved up. I'm so angry, I don't even want to go with him. What the hell am I supposed to do now?! URGH!!!

There's a bus that goes from downtown buffalo to toronto - Union Station (I think its like $60 American tops for a Return ticket). From there, you take pay $2.50 canadian and take the subway. MAKE SURE YOU GET A TRANSFER AT UNION STATION from the little red transfer machines.Take the subway two stops north to Queen station (If you take the subway to Osgood, don't worry that also works). Then, at Queen station, take the street car Eastbound (just follow the signs posted when you get out of the subway station to know where to stand). And you take a (roughly) 4 to 5 minute streetcar ride to the opera house. It will take you total, 20 minutes max (depending on when the streetcar comes) to get to the opera house from Union. You can also sleep on the bus back to Buffalo. It's definately doable. If you can't find anyone to go with you, just sell the other ticket at the venue (It's probably gonna sell out so there will likely be a demand for that other ticket). It might seem crappy goin alone but you probably already know people in toronto. if not, you'll definately meet some cool people.

you prob already knew all of that so i'm probably stating the obvious. even so, i just wanted to say, it's not too hard to get to Toronto without a car.

If you don't want to do that, there's always e-bay (because i'm assuming the party is gonna sell out soon).

the bus to toronto from buffalo is only like $20US each direction ... Timmy takes it all the time. Its not the end of the world if you don't have a car when you live this close to toronto!! (You don't need a car IN toronto at all)

Im sure there are people going from buffalo that would be willing to give you a ride...start a new thread with a more proper title...like "need a ride from buffalo" or something along those lines...if that doesnt work you can always do the bus thing...hope you figure something out
